Please note that you cannot compete in any classes unless you have signed the Mahan Farm waiver.  There will be a link to the waiver on your entry confirmation as well as the Thank You screen you'll see upon submitting your entry.

You can pay for your entry through Venmo (@MahanFarm) or with a credit card.  If you want to pay with a credit card, we will invoice you for the total amount plus $5 processing fee.

• Any Entries not paid in full by the closing date of 9/29/24 will be charged an additional $20 late fee. 
• Any Entries submitted after the closing date of 9/29/24 will be charged an additional $20 late fee.
• Any Entries scratched or withdrawn before the closing date will receive a full refund.
• Any Entries scratched or withdrawn after the closing date will not receive a refund.
